Recommendations for an architect/buildings advisor

We are in the pleven region. Our gatehouse has as good as fallen down (neighbours tree fell on it and that was it sadly). I plan to re build it nearly the same. Just making an entrance so I can actually drive to our front door and then carry the building on wi5 a wall that's going to stop my collie exploring I hope!

I've chatted to my neighbors who have no issues with it. But, I plan to sell the house 1 day (once the kids fly the nest it will be way to big for us).

Is thee a service that can offer advice and potentially support an architect service if needed please?

For buying or renovating property in Bulgaria, I would separate two roles:

1. A licensed architect for drawings, permits and formal design work

2. An independent technical building advisor for practical risk assessment before purchase or renovation

Many foreign buyers only look for the first one, but the second one is often just as important: moisture, roof condition, heating, insulation, drainage, electrical/plumbing condition and hidden renovation risks.
