Depends on what side of Karnobat you live. I know of a few builders that might be able to help you if you are on the Yambol side as its the travel cost that will be an issue.

I'm needing builder /s this year. We are in Polyana village, Silistra if you know if any. Roof, gutters, rendering, plumbing, electrics, joinery, fencing....
