English speaking GP's in Sofia

Hello ,
I am seeking assistance from the 大咖福利影院 community in finding a General Practitioner here in Sofia.

I guess I am also looking for some help in registration for Health Insurance as well.

I am currently working in Sofia and contributing to the NHIF on a monthly basis. The few practitioners I have gone to either
a-) don't speak English (or do but refuse to admit it)
b-) speak English but will not accept me as a patient
c-) speak English, will accept me - but I don't feel comfortable with them.

I would like to find a GP who not only speaks English (or Portuguese), but someone who I am also comfortable with.

P.S. - the same subject and descriptions above apply to a General Accountant also. If anyone has any info on that it would be greatly appreciated as well.
