I'll be in Sofia next month for a weekend.
I'm looking for romantic spots/viewpoints to propose my girlfriend.
We will go down south via a3 to banya's hot springs

If you are outdoorsy at all, you might consider proposing up at聽 Rila 7 lakes, which is just gorgeous. It is a bit off of A3, at Dupnitsa.

The Vitosha mountain is a great place - no doubt! BUt if you and your girlfrient /future wife/ do not feel like going to the mountain, I can suggest a couple of great places in the city center.
