Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can recommend a reliable English-speaking accountant or company services firm in the Varna area.

My family purchased properties in Bulgaria many years ago through Bulgarian companies, which was the usual arrangement at the time for foreign buyers. The company that has historically assisted us with the administration appears to have become unresponsive, so I'm looking for a replacement firm that can review our position and provide ongoing support.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who can:

• Check the current status of a Bulgarian company (EOOD)

• Review any filing or compliance requirements

• Check property ownership and any outstanding obligations if necessary

• Provide ongoing annual accounting/company administration services

We're based in the UK, so experience dealing with foreign owners remotely would be a big plus.

If anyone has a recommendation based on personal experience, I'd be very grateful.
