Hi, we are in a process of purchasing a villa with a pool in Tala for investment purposes, for long term rent. I was wondering who covers the expenses for cleaning and maintanance of the pool, us or the future renters?聽 (long term, not airbnb or holiday renters)

@Rutishaked68 hi if you are renting out your property your garden and pool maintenance is usually in with the monthly rental agreement that way you know the garden and pool is maintained with professional people.
