I agree it is a simple process for many but not everybody. Some people need to have reassurance and not be stressed anxious and frustrated by so many changes and confusing information.

I ve always done our own applications.. Temp residency permanent residency, driving licenses, vehicle changes, gesy registration, medical cards, etc

Is income from remote work acceptable for Category F? I can't find a concrete answer on this anywhere. Seems to be a grey area!

I don't see any reason why not as long as you can prove the regular income streams ...there is also a digital nomad visa but it has a requirement of 3500 euros per month income ... And is limited to a specific number of years..聽 cat F is currently not a great option as none have been issued since 2018/19.. that's why most migrants opt for the pink slip route as u can still work remotely here聽 but not take up work on cyprus

We used a lawyer聽 that:

Dealt with purchace contract.

Sorted VAT reduction

Dealt with payments on our behalf

Registered with land registry.

Sorted perm residency, delivered card in 4 months.

He collected all the ness paperwork from us.

Wrote wills to protect propery inheritance.

All for k3 euros聽 including costs for all forms etc

Worth every penny in our opinion..less stress.

(We budgeted 4!!)

You can't get an Irish passport based on a great-grandparent unfortunately.

Thanks. I'm in the process of applying for the pink slip, but looking for a more permanent solution other than the investment route.

Pink slip is only for 5 yrs.. then You can apply for permanent
