EU Citizen - Yellow Slip - Supporting documents

Hi All,

I found the official website and the supporting document, but it’s not very clear to me. I was hoping someone could clarify a couple of points:

Birth certificate: per the supporting doc file it "needed to be duly certified and translated (where applicable)". My country of origin issued an official birth certificate in four languages, including English, when my child was born a few years ago (it is stamped by the relevant authority). Will this be accepted?

Marriage certificate: I have a similar question regarding my marriage certificate. I got married in an EU country and received an official marriage certificate with an apostille. That country is no longer in the EU. However, I also have a marriage certificate issued by my country of origin based on the original one; it is stamped and in four languages, including English. Would this be accepted?

I hope my questions are clear.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
