North Cyprus student with question?

Has anyone here actually bought a house in North Cyprus? My name is Emmanuel and I'm a student studying marketing and need to help a local business for a project.


I've done some research on real estate agencies and have a few ideas that could be helpful.


But to make sure they are actually useful to both them and the people that will be evaluating their services, I need someone who has gone through the process of getting a home here.
