The obvious answer is yes, why not, why make it hard.聽 However, it would be frustrating to find out that the obvious is maybe not so obvious to those who make the decisions; so in reality, your question is one of those that can really only be answered by the Home Office themselves (and get the name of the guy who advises you).

Thank you. Oh I鈥檝e tried. I鈥檝e called the home office and paided the 拢1.54 a minute again and again,聽 to be told聽 Well if you can still get in o the application apply at Uk but 鈥渢hat鈥檚 just my advise鈥� The same person said well if it asks if you are in the Uk and not then don鈥檛 and 鈥� that鈥檚 just my advice鈥澛� Every time I call the home office they don鈥檛 sound qualified to answers the call lol. Sadly.
Also if I do finish my application on the UK site does that mean I have to do my Biometeric in the Uk? Hmmm

My advice would be to carry on with the system you began with; these would be the ones that you ticked any boxes, agreed to any terms with.
