Marrying a Filipino

Hello all, first post.
My Filipino girlfriend and I would like to marry in the UK and read a post from 2018 and wondered if the rules still apply today in 2021.
Overview of what I read.
She comes for a holiday to meet face to face.
Then returns and applies for a spouse visa.
I have to be on 拢18,600pa to sponsor her and we must marry within 6 months of her return to the UK.
She then applies for an extension of 2.5 years where she can then apply for a job.

I tried to make the above as short as possible, however, i hope it's comprehensible.
And would appreciated any reply.

You also need to count on 拢4k for NHS costs.
