Hey there! I'm from Russia and i'm planning to visit Paris in October to see my friend. She moved there about 5 years ago. I like to do all the arrangements in advance and now thinking about financial part. Which bank can i use in France which can be opened online? There are a lot of offers from banks and it's hard to decide which to use. I'm planning to pay by card in stores, restaurants, etc. and withdraw cash

Hey! You can try Blackcatcard, i've been using it for about a year and i'm totally satisfied with it. It's an ordinary euro card with a hot crypto wallet linked to it. I exchange crypto to money and then withdraw it or pay online. The conditions are the following: getting cash at any EU ATM accepting Mastercard at 2% for non-residents of EU. For whose who are residents there is no cash fee up to 200 euro/mth, then 1%.. For non EU countries the ATM fee is 2% for non-residents, min 1.50 euro. For residents conditions are more favourable but I haven't checked them as this not your case. Hope this helps and have a good trip
