I Would like to have any ideas about the fatest prefectures to treat files for 1 year Tourism residency card in france .

i heard after a search in the internet that ile de france and bouches de rhones are so slow and it can be almost 1 year .

Please if you have any ideas also note that i meet all the criteria of th mentioned long stay visa聽 .
