Hi! I might be able to help. I coordinate renovation and maintenance work for English-speaking property owners across France 鈥� particularly useful when you're not based locally and need someone reliable on the ground.

Plumbing in early May is definitely doable. Beyond that, if you're thinking about other renovations down the line, it can be really helpful to have one point of contact who speaks your language and knows the local contractors.
