Hi, new in Budapest, from the US!

I'm working in Budapest for the next two months, and I'm looking to make friends while I'm here! I grew up in the northeast US but have traveled a fair bit since then.

I've been in Budapest for about two weeks so far and would love to meet up with people for drinks outdoors somewhere after work...

Friday night is drinks night at TheClub, currently venued at the outdoor Pointers Bar, 2nd courtyard, 13 Kiraly utca (if you can find it!).

Plenty of expats - English, American - and indigenous persons too.

From 6 - 9 pm officially, Club members get discounts. Just hint you got an invitation from Jeremy and you'll be welcomed.

Hey just read you message, I am living for 1 year in Budapest now, on Saturday a guy from expatblog seems to organize something and I think to go with some friends. Otherwise we can stay in touch

I hope before you go, you get out of Budapest a bit. Hungary has a lot to offer. Two places I recommend: Hortob谩gy National Park and the Balaton Uplands National Park.
