Medical treatment in Hungary is adequate, but hospital facilities and nursing support are not good compare to other West EU.Physicians are generally well trained, but there is a lack of adequate emergency services. Some
doctors, particularly in Budapest, speak English 
but in other parts of Hungary you may need a interpreter 
. Doctors and hospitals usually expect immediate cash payment for
health services.
