It is not easy to get a job in Luxembourg, specially if you are not European and if your skills are not required there.

But it will all depend on your qualifications, experience etc

No, you aren't.  It's immigration fraud!  The purpose of a visit visa is to VISIT someone, not seek employment.

Also, you'll need to know one of the local official languages.  English alone will not suffice in most cases, sales included.
