How I can verify paypal in Netherland ?

Hello!

I am now in Netherland and need paypal very much.
How can I do that? But I need full verifed .
I am international and don't have NL citizenship.
So if u know please tell me which bank can I use.

Hi there, I am also new in Netherlands but I used my South African bank account for paypal.

Do you have your BSN nummer as yet? Once you have that you can apply for a bank account.
