An estate agent
Definition:
1 - A person who who idea who his daddy is as his mother didn't keep proper books for her business.
2 - A person not to be trusted
3 - A person who lies a lot
4 - A person who would sell his mother's house with her in the package as a maid

Messing around aside, watch out for them trying to sell you overpriced properties they can't sell to locals.
