Hello everyone,

My name is Riccardo and I am originally from Italy.

I have been living and working in Romania for more than 22 years, mainly in operational management, business development, manufacturing, startups and company organization. During these years I have had the opportunity to work with both Romanian and international companies, helping them grow, structure their operations and solve practical business challenges.

Romania has become my second home and I know both the opportunities and the difficulties that foreigners and NOT ONLY investors can encounter when approaching the Romanian market.

I am happy to contribute to the community and, whenever possible, help answer questions regarding life day by day needs, doing business in Romania, company setup, operational matters, local business culture, practical implementation and market realities.

Professionally, I am also involved in supporting entrepreneurs, startups, investors and foreign companies that wish to establish or develop activities in Romania through Noventia Services.
