Hi Punyaji,
I just got moved here a few days ago, so I my opinion is still being constructed. Anyway, for what've been seeing, the conditions are ok. Quite moved, and even burlesque. Didi't have any problem of security until know and I think it's ok at night. Anyway, like any toher places, it depends of the areas.
I know this didn't sound to you so much, but it's a start for your brother.

Thanks!聽 How about the climate? Is it very cold?聽 My brother has to work as a construction supervisor and he may have to work聽 more hours in out side. If it is very cold through out the year I don't think that he can bear this.

Not so cold as I thought before coming here. But you still have to bring warm clothes, of course. It is just in Winter and before as I know. temperature here go high ..

Hi Kenjee,聽 That agency not yet informed us the city where he is gonna be placed.聽 Once I got to know will let you know. We are worry about cold weather since he has to work outside as a construction supervisor. Here in Sri Lanka we always have 26 to 30鈥 weather and no snow forever.

Romania has all four seasons.聽 It can reach -20C at night in the winter months and 40C in the summer during the day.

You can Google "climate of Romania" and find plenty of information if you're proactive enough.
