I would like to know the company and contact details where my son can get a health insurance for his visa application. He is transferring from Ukraine to Serbia.

My son wants a Health insurance as part of his visa application for University transfer from Ukraine. How much does it cost. He is currently in Groningen in the Netherlands. He has a visa appointment for tomorrow. How do we pay and how much is it
