Can you tell us more about Santander ?

Hello. My husband and I are from the US, are retired, and have lived in Barcelona for 8 years and聽 are currently in Santander looking for a second apartment. We will be here 2 weeks and would love any impressions about the transportation system, and other infrastructure, etc. We are looking in Pe帽acastillo and Lavapies but聽 have a budget of about 160k Euros. Anywhere else we should look for a 3/2 with a garage?聽 Thanks for any help you can give us about the city!
