Advise and help for me to move to Spain

Hi, I鈥檓 new to the site. I鈥檓 looking to move to Spain possibly Andalusia. I鈥檝e been wanting to move for a few years and I have an aunt that has been living in Spain for years. I don鈥檛 want to live near the coast I would like a nice quiet life in the mountains but still be nearish to some town or shop. Any help would be much appreciated as I would be moving on my own and am nervous about it.

Hi , Alison! I do know what you鈥檙e feeling, 2,5 years ago moved to Andalusia, myself. In case if needed you can ask me in DM, maybe you will need an advice from the relocation expert : taxes, documentation and etc . Feel free to contact.

聽 Maybe consider doing an exploratory trip or two?聽

Think about what you are looking for in an area.聽 I moved to a place with great infrastructure, close to airport, public transport is great.聽

Once you find some spots that interest you, do a search on youtube.聽 There are many channels by people who moved from the U.K. and the U.S. and some other countries.聽 Some go into a lot of detail about the whole process.聽 But the first think is probably to make a list of what you are looking for and what is important to you.

Even to do volunteer work, you need to apply for a visa, so you need to contact your nearest embassy.
