Hey guys I am knew to this site myself partner and 16month old son are looking to move to Spain this November comming were really looking for a different lifestyle compare to Ireland where not to sure of what parts of spain to live in I'm 28 and my partner is 33 were looking for somewhere that is open all year round and where the weather is nice in winter months not the best time to be moving 😂 but still looking for nice weather 😊 we don't speak spainish but only the basics somewhere that alot of English expats would be rent to be cheap enough and nurserys/ creches near were really finding it hard to pick an area any help would be much appreciated were not looking for long term move maybe a year just a change really does anybody know if we need visas or how does it work please cost of everyday living expenses etc and what is needed for us to rent a property for six-12months if anyone could help us with some information would be great thanks so much

Then you have the right to live on spain.

If you work then you will have sufficient income and health cover to meet the requirements to settle here. You will need to show a work contract or a formal job offer.

If you do not work, then you need around 10,000€ per year as a couple and a bit extra for your Child.

  You will also need 100% medical cover for the family.  That is without any exclusions or co-payments.

Yeah we weren't to sure if we were allowed to live well we're not in search for a work as we would have a good amount saved for a year or so if something pops up that would be great to. Would you recommend alicante for a young family to live in looking to be close to shops bars restaurants creches and safe areas etc and busy enough in the winter I know things have changed abit since this covid has there been much change there
