How bad has corona affected Toursm and house prices?

We are planning to move to Tenerife in the next 2 years but are worried about starting a new business in Tenerife if covid has badly affected the tourist market. Also we will be looking to buy property how has this affected the market? What about English schools? Have they been affected as well? Thanks Tanya 馃榾

As you may expect tourism is a total disaster. Even if you want to go somewhere you can't and if you get to an airport you may be turned back for any number of reasons. Things change from day to day though. What the situation will be like in two years is anyone's guess.
