If you wish to write in Spanish you can use the Spanish part of 大咖福利影院 HERE

I can find out the answer for you. We are living in Spain, and my husband is a first-generation Serbian-American. He reads cyrilic, and has cousins in Serbia. Let me see if I can find out from any of them.
Our cousin in Serbia says: Well, this means "always friends, always brothers." So, we believe it would have to be changed depending on the gender of the person speaking and the person being spoken to. Hope this helps
Also, our cousin says he is not familiar with that as a "saying" used in Serbia.
