travelling to Spain, is it difficult right now?

I was considering a trip to Barcelona, and was wondering how difficult travel is right now with the pandemic situation. If anybody has travelled to Spain recently, could you share your experiences? Did you have to quarantine and what does that entail?

My own situation is a bit tricky. Although I'm an EU citizen, I am travelling from Brazil which is on some countries' watchlists.

Well I haven't travelled recently myself but many of my friends and families have . If you've been vaccinated you can travel and it's basically like normal . Obviously there are fewer people in small places and you have to wear a mask in certain situations. Spain is quite "open" since it's a tourist hotspot and tries to promote tourism . Having said that , you can google and double check that Brazil isn't on the list of restricted countries that aren't allowed entry , or are allowed entry but only with obligatory confinement.

I鈥檓 from the US but am currently in Barcelona. Entered Barcelona by car on June 29 after I鈥檇 flown to Paris from New York. Am currently working on a Golden Visa.

Barcelona is pretty normal. Tourism is obviously down as tour buses are mostly empty but otherwise seems pretty normal. You can walk around outside with or without a mask. Indoor shopping and upon entering restaurants and being seated is mask on. Once you are seated. Mask off. Apparently, sitting at a table makes COVID disappear as if by magic.

No quarantine. I鈥檝e read that there is a curfew in parts of Catalu帽a between 1 and 5 in the morning. I鈥檓 never out at those hours so no effect on my life.

Prices on real estate have come down. We were anxious to get here before the crowds and we shouldn鈥檛 have worried. Properties are lingering on the market which is good news for buyers.
