Seeking feedback for inherited Salou Flat

Hello everyone,

I have inherited a three-bedroom flat in Salou, Tarragona, 100m from the main beach and an easy walk to the Port Aventura theme park.

I am not sure at the moment what to do with it (sell, rent, AirBnB, etc) and wondered if anyone has some ideas or similar experiences they could share?

Depends of your goals and if you need money.

depends of your age and if you are planning to stay in your home country.

as a financial planer adviser i would rent it first and take some time to make a decision

The yacht cruiser is always fully booked in the high season, from聽 may until october.聽 My clients enjoy the fact that the boat is comfortable and is in a quiet port of Mataro.聽 the apartment also receives loads of reservations as well鈥�
