contract canceled without sending back deposit

Hi,

The day when I should have moved in, My landlord just canceled the contract we have signed a month ago without sending me back my deposit and my prepayment.
During the process, I got: a copy of his ID, bank account number, phone number, personnummer. But thinking twice, I'm not even sure that they are not fake.

I've already made a report to the police, do you know how can move forward?

Normally anyone who rent secondhand or firsthand, anyone who is a tenant become a member of this organisation which has a funktion like a union has, they negotiate everything between tenants and landlords and they represent the tenant, they also have their own lawyers so if you are a registered resident in Sweden with personnummer then this is the one for you.聽 Cheers!
