Grace Period Renewal

One of our employee had a flexi visa & has been expired since long time. When we are trying to issue a visa for him, it says the grace period has been expired. Could anybody guide me on what is the procedure of renewing the grace period & what are the documents required?

A visa can applied during grace period, currently his status would be illegal, I would recommend him to visit NPRA clear the fine and exit the country at the earliest. I doubt your visa application will go through, have a word at NPRA or LMRA.
