Hi sir I need some help,I from indonesia I have case runaway from 2018 now how I get my pasport and I don't have any contact for my sponsor,even I have only number for my pasport I go already LMR and go already embassy but no body can help sir,now qhat can i do sir

There are no restrictions. Please note that they can put a case as absconding which can hinder your return to Bahrain to work for another employer as well.

White passport as in a passport given to government officials? It's better you clear the fine and then exit the country

My last company in work 7 months and give proper resine he cancel my visa but right now I m work last two years for other company but they still not give a visa now I have to go home聽 but they not give visa or not cancel I have passport now after two year they say u have run away case I have to go home what can I do now plz help

You have overstayed for two years and worked illegally during that time.聽 All you can do is get a lawyer and try to negotiate the overstay fines down, leave and then try your luck at a visa...........not likely to be granted one.

Hi. Hope everyone is doing well.

I would like to get some information about the travel ban,immigration ban. In another GCC country if i have Runaway case in Bahrain.

Currently聽 im in india a month before.

And i got the job offer in qatar.

I have already got visa there. I have not inform about it to my employer.

My only concerned and worries is that.

If i聽 travel to qatar within 2-3 days.

Does it stop me from entering qatar . The runaway case has not been filled yet may be they will do after some days.

Does that means i will not be able to enter qatar. Or the Runaway case travel ban will be only in bahrain.

I am an employer (my company is in Bahrain) and I hired a staff locally from Bahrain 6 months back. He didnt worked well and finally I sent him termination on 7th October but since then he has not arranged new job and transfer visa, His mobility is on. He is intentionally not getting visa transfer and threatening. His last working day was 7th Nov. I have hold his last pay and asking to get visa transfer because I am sure if i pay he will blackmail more. What options I have to handle such guy?

Please note that i am operating my company remotely from saudi as i am running another here.

My suggestion would be to consult with a lawyer regarding this.

I don't see what the problem is.聽 You have given him notice and so you can proceed to cancel his visa.聽 Once visa is cancelled, intimate the same to LMRA.聽 Your headache will be over.
