The transfer process is only available while the expatriate employee's permit is still valid for at least 15 days.

Clarify what?聽 they have listed it clearly.


Before they wanted it to be valid for at least 3 months but now they have reduced it to 15 days.聽 This is a must.

@XTang, this 15 days counts before RP expires ( with existing employer ) or its okay to do during 1 month of grace period?


I presume that if its within existing employment, its 鈥榚mployee mobility鈥� and after that its just new visa woth new employer during grace period. Is it correct understanding ?

They won't let you apply for mobility during grace period. It has to be applied during current employment.


Once visa expires, it is a new visa application.
