Court has to give a judgement. In most cases, it is deportation.

Nabuuma

@XTang if I get a lawyer it will not be handled over

XTang

Lawyer can try his luck. But the simple fact is that you broke the law and the court, generally speaking, in these cases acts a certain way.

Nabuuma

@XTang. So what advice do you give me

Nabuuma

@XTang lawyer told to get a sponsor who is willing to give me a visa so no chance to be legal

XTang

Get a lawyer and hope for the best.

Nabuuma

@XTang ok sir I have already paid power of attorney yesterday  but let me hope the case will be finished and my new sponsor give me a visa

XTang

Good luck.

Nabuuma

@XTang I wanted to talk with you in private

Nabuuma

@XTang but if I pay a fine is ok

Depends on court. Search forums. Many people were fined 1000 BD but even after paying, offence wasn't removed and they had to leave or were deported.

Nabuuma

@XTang.  Ehh not good let me see what my lawyer is going to tell me Tommorrow

@XTangHello, i am currently on a visit visa, and it’s been 2 weeks now since i applied as a domectis worker, but the status still says ’in progress immigration,

my concern is, how long it will take? what if my visa expires before that domestic visa process completed? should i leave the country? or is there any chance to explain to the authority that donestic visa is on process?

@XTangthe status has been changed into ’rejected by immigration’

what other options i can to to stay for at least 2 years here in bahrain,

i’m 62 now, and currently staying with my son and his family, so i wanted to stay legally here, what is your advice on this matter? thank you..

XTang

The problem is that you are too old to be a domestic worker. On top, same nationality people are sponsoring you for a domestic visa..... That is always a red flag.

You can have your son sponsor you as a parent but that requires him to have a salary of more than 1000 BD. Other options will cost a lot more eg setting up a company or buying property.

Paparapapa

@XTang so work permit is not possible at all? how about investor visa?

XTang

I already told you that it is possible to set up a company and get the visa that way.  This is what is called the investor visa.  For how to set up a company, read this:

/forum/viewtopic.php?id=739858

But this will take time and will cost money (office rental, CR and activity fees and then visa fees).  You would be spending 1000-2000 BD every year to keep the company/visa active.

For overall visa process, including self sponsorship visa, read this:

Forget about work permit.  She is too old for a domestic visa and it is obvious that her family is sponsoring her.   And for other work permits, I assume that she has no specialized skills that can justify hiring a person beyond retirement age.

Paparapapa

@XTangis it possible to get an investor visa to a currently active cr?

XTang

Someone would need to add her as an investor i.e. change the CR for new shareholding and then apply for a visa.  Most people who do this will be charging you practically the same amount of money upfront as I listed and then on top, will take a power of attorney from you so that you have no say in the company matters (if anything happens, you are legally liable).  I would not advise this route unless it is someone whom you trust completely.

Paparapapa

@XTang hello sir, i just want to ask, is it possible to apply for another visit visa 1 day after i left bahrain?

i was there for 6 months with visit visa, but then i left yesterday and went here to uae to apply for another visit visa, but then it was rejected..

is there any specific days or weeks that need to wait to apply for another visit visa? thanks.. please

logicalindian

You can apply

XTang

Rejection has nothing to do with time.  You can apply as soon as you leave.   Most probably, you overstayed.
