Payment plan property purchase

Hi,

I am looking at purchasing a property in Amwaj that has a payment plan with the developers directly.

the building is already built ready to move in.

just wondering is there anything I should be aware of any pitfalls anything else that I should be on the lookout for ? Does the transfer of title happen quick ?

I tried the search and didn鈥檛 find anything specific .

It's a very generic question.聽 As different developers have different policies and / or reputations. And I don't get the part about the title deed - if you fulfill all requirements for the deed then yes, the process is pretty smooth.聽 The only pitfall is, as an expat, to get title transferred, you need to have a security clearance done.聽聽That is why I recommend people to buy the property vs. go on installments - to buy, the clearance happens before and installments, when you have paid everything.聽 So if something goes wrong in the clearance, you are stuck.
