my tb skin test it was positive but the chest x ray and blood test clean Is it considered an unfit my medical or what ?

It was in bahrain and for receptionist job

Should not be an issue.聽 I am surprised that they did skin test.聽 However, they will ask you to go to health center and get on a course of retrovirals for 6 months.
