Deportation process & waiting time

My visa got expired in Feb-2025, due to Runaway case in LMRA by my employer. It was false case and my employer did this in revenge. I appealed in court against LMRA decision, and lose the case last week. I cannot live here in Bahrain anymore, i am a mother to 6 months child and want to exit the country ASAP. I am worried whether i need to spend time in prison until my travel due to 6 months overstay or i could do something to exit the country with peace, and how long it'll take for the process..? Before approaching our embassy (Indian) i would like to see your suggestions from expertise, if anyone deal with same situation or knew about procedures kindly advice. I am so confused and don't have any moral support, i want to travel my home country ASAP, help me please..

If you can buy your own ticket and pay any fines, then the process goes fast.聽聽 The jail time is usually only for people who can't settle their debts.
