I don't think Tubli is a great area to live. Lots of fires there and that part of the highway is always congested. If you can find somewhere else then I would advise you to do so. Adliya, Mahooz or Saar are much better

Hi. I checked the whereabouts of Shaikha Kanoo Mosque in Tubli. It appears an ok neighbourhood to live in. But the issue with transport will remain, until you get yourself a driving license and a car.
