Employment visa

Please I got a job in Bahrain together with some friends. They're visa status shows on the LMRA Express service but mine doesn't. When I called鈥� the employer he said it's in progress. My question is, is it possible for status to be showing (Error! The requested record does not exist in the system!) In the LMRA system and still visa be ready?. Can I call the LMRA to confirm if visa is started or not, and if I do are they obligated to call the company to inform someone checked on a visa??. Tnx
