It should say on the offer or ask them. No one here can tell you without seeing the offer letter. They offer both.

Varies by company but generally:

Visas for the family
Medical insurance
Flight tickets
Schooling

Basically, outside of the schooling, all of the benefits that the employee also enjoys.
