Opening an offshore bank account from Bahrain

I want to ask if someone has any recent experience or recommendation to open an offshore account from Bahrain?

Yep look at that link - I have given details there.聽 I have opened two offshore bank accounts while in Bahrain; one with Citibank Singapore and the other with Standard Chartered Singapore.

Minimum balance for Citibank is $200,000 and for SCB $100,000.

Thanks xTang, actually i am looking to put some savings offshore to have some liquid cash since its actually has been very difficult to move money out of Pakistan recently.
Since you are the Finance guru , do you have any recommendations which is better among this?

Depends on what kind of cash do you have to open with.

I prefer:
Citibank - $200K min relationship
Lloyds international - $100K min relationship else you get charged
Secondary:
SCB - $100K min relationship
