I opened up a SPC earlier this year in Bahrain and received my PR and CPR.

The CPR that was issued was of a different number compared to the paper CPR that I had prior to becoming a resident of Bahrain.

My driving license and car registration is under my old paper CPR number that was issued couple of years ago, can I go to the traffic department and update my DL and Registration with my new CPR number?
