The ban does not expire.  It is permanent unless you can prove that it was applied in a wrong manner.

I had a previous thread regarding the runaway case. But can I just ask for other best advise you can give me please. My runaway case was already removed in the LMRA and but when my new sponsor wanted to extend my visa so they can apply for new visa, it was rejected. They say because I have a case from my ex-employer which is the runaway case. My question is, even if my case is cleared in LMRA do I still need to clear everything like in the police? Because it is where the immigration said I have a record there. I couldn't go to police because they might catch me.

Second, LMRA gave me a paper that stated my visa is terminated already which they also mean that to see my status is cleared on their system. I asked them of I can use this as proof to the police to clear my case, they said they don't deal outside LMRA. So I am not sure if I can use the certificate LMRA gave to prove to the police my case is clear? Or is it a different process in the police?

I want also to inquire if you know the cheapest way or a law firm that do not charge so high to help me assist on this case that is very reliable and be able to clear everything. My new sponsor is waiting for me but for now I have no other means so I am looking for cheapest way to clear this out.

What is the best thing to do, hiring a lawyer? Or go to police and let someone check or give the certificate I have from LMRA? I am not sure what else to do. And or if everything are settled and cleared, will I be able to get my visa extended. As ler LMRA they said I can get new visa anytime.

Your best bet is to get a lawyer.   The rejection is happening from immigration - LMRA has no control over visas, only immigration has the final say.  So someone has to check with immigration regarding the status of your runaway complaint.

Hi Xtang thank you for your reply. Do you have any idea how much would be the total cost for this type of case? Like an estimated cost for the lawyer to clear this.

I can't say.  Different lawyers charge differently.  Call them and ask.
