Temporary cpr number lost

Hi,
One of my relatives family has come to Bahrain for going to Riyadh. They have got the temporary cor numbers for the pcr covid test. Their child mistakenly lost her temp cpr number chit.
How do they get the number again. Bcz without the temp cpr num the results not shown on BeAware app.
