Work Visa Delayed for almost 4 weeks...

Hi,

My name is Azeem. I am waiting for my Bahrain work visa from last 4 weeks & it is still shows in process from LMRA website. Why is it taking so much time nowadays? How long it can take more?
Please help with suggestions & advise.
