Air ticket

Help me plz

My contract is for one year but in my contract it is written: ticket -after completing two years.but after this one year contract I'm planning to go to my country and not return back.so should my employer provide me ticket?

It clearly says two years, i doubt they will provide. But you can ask for it anyways, give it a try. Good luck

Answered this many times before.聽 Ticket is not an entitlement.聽 Employer is obligated to provide a one-way ticket if you are leaving the country but it is not mandatory.
