For those cupcake lovers, an easy recipe to share...
My kids simply love eating the cakes that I bake...some of their favourites are Fudgy Brownies, Cherry Swirl Chiffon...Orange glazed cupcakes.. Red Velvet and of course my super moist Chocolate cake.. But this cupcake recipe is simple and you need just a few basic ingredients, but is sinfully delectable...
Whipped Cream Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2Â cup all-purpose flour*
1Â Â Â cup caster sugar ( I use just 1/2 cup)
2Â Â Â Â Â eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder*
1/2  tsp salt*
2   tsp vanilla extract
2Â Â Â tbsp oil
1   cup whipping cream
* add these dry ingredients together and sieve
METHOD :
Heat the oven at 160 C and insert papercups into the mould pan.
Beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer till it reaches soft peak texture. Add in the eggs , one at a time. Add in sugar ,vanilla extract and oil. Mix well. Add in the dry ingredients a little at a time till well incorporated.
Spoon the mixture into the papercups 2/3 full. Bake at 160 C for 15-20 mins depending on your oven.
Cupcakes will turn out to be so moist and fluffy!! You may use your favourite topping or frosting.

Just want you to know Umm Jacoub that I just make these cc today.
And it is a very good basic recipe, although I want to try the next time with a extra quarter cup sugar.
I don't mind if you want to share some other recipes like the fudge brownies you mentioned about
Hi everybody, I'm new to this site, it looks great and it's lovely to find like-minded people. I will try this recipe, and let you know how I get on! Thanks for sharing Umm Jacoub!
Cool, I'll check it out!Â
And I also came across this free video at Pretty Witty Cakes which is really cool - just for flat-topped vanilla cupcakes, but they have loads of others too.

Thanks for sharing! My mum used a very similar recipe and her cakes were extremely delicious! I've got only one question: what is the best way to store your cake? I want to buy some cake carrier. Maybe one of these: justinscafe.com/cupcake-carriers/. How long does a cake stay fresh after baking? Can I store it in a cake carrier for several days?
