By the way my work is my passion too coz I'm a PE teacher ! Yoga and Pilates free lancer ! And that is cool somehow !
I was into running one and half years ago I used to do a lot better but since I had my聽 chest allergy my level went down , so from running 60 min to jogging 20 min but I'm ok I focus more on strenghth and flexibility and I'm still fit
Definitely I'll have a look on the the magazine !
