Thank You.... Nikon, hmmmm ... I use a Nikon too .... had a Nikon D 3000 and then upgraded to a D 7000.... Which model do you use?

I am sure you have some lovely landscapes in New Zealand... probably the Hobbit Trail perhaps !!!

As a matter of fact I live in australia I have the Nikon D3 but since it is quite a heavy camera I use the 7000 which i just bought a few weeks ago pity if I waited a week longer i could have got the 7100 but I am happy with the 7000 , just had a thing about the memory card though one of my cards were full so I transferred the 16 g to the first slot that shoots raw but it kept coming up card full I changed slots around but same result so when I removed one card it worked again must read up on it I guess.

Yikes the D3.... are you a Pro?? but the D3 is like a heavy tank..... overbuilt for most common purposes. I was eyeing the D800.... my friend got one and its brilliant.

I didnt have a problem with the Memory cards. I got a couple of 4GB memory cards with my Nikon D3000.... I used that for a while on the D7000 but realized that the NEF images quickly devoured the memory cards.

I lost one of the cards and replaced it with a 32 GB SDHC. Havent had a problem since....
