Hi all ,my Indian friend got a job offer in Oman private hospital,now in work visa,but company is not providing room, accommodation and food.And the main thing is they are not sending to job- seems no active contract with client oil and gas company.

My friend is suffering in Oman without food, accomadation,and no job too.
When enquired they are not giving any proper response.
Is there any possibility to solve this issue amicable

schaz answering your query, from what little I can gather from rejuprakash2012's unclear post is the following :

It seems that the employer has sort of abandoned the employee after hiring him.

The solution for this issue is really very simple and straightforward.

The affected employee(s) must go straight to the Indian Embassy, the Ministry of Manpower, as well as to the Royal Oman Police (ROP) with the appointment order, copy of the employment visa, passport with the visa stamped page, etc., and lodge a formal complaint stating that the person was hired, an employment visa provided and now there is no work and the employer has left them in the lurch and has grossly failed to satisfy the commitments made to the employee prior to joining.

The employer will be taken to task, as this is a very serious case. And they deserve to be, if I have correctly understood what is being said in the original post.

schaz, I can't understand the bit about the connection between the "Oman private hospital" and the "contract with client oil and gas company." ?!?
